What a surprisingly pleasant experience! Is it the Ritz? No! Is it the Hilton? No! Do you feel like family when here? Yes! The front desk service and kindness of the maintenance crew is above par. Could the outside use an update? Sure! Overall, I definitely rate this higher than our stay the night before at La Quinta. The shower worked very well, and the bathroom was absolutely stunning! The Tv and cable actually worked well. The rooms are well laid out and updated.
We stayed here for our first time on October 26th/27th. We enjoyed every minute of it. The rooms are very clean! No bugs at all! They just recently remodeled and everything is nice and comfortable! Beds are cozy. Could use better pillows but we had no problem getting extras. The front desk woman was extremely nice. She engaged in conversation and made us feel welcome. We visit Cisco very often for family and will definitely be making this our permanent home away from home. The parking lot is very nice and quiet even with all the rooms filled. Everyone was very respectful and it was very relaxing! The TV was great in our room. Wish we had stayed longer but we definitely will next time. Thank you Lone Star Inn for quality hotel experience at a very reasonable price.
I absolutely love staying here. The owners are kind and accommodating. The rooms are cozy and clean and have been nicely updated. It’s family friendly and the price is right. It’s the most comfortable for me all around in Eastland County. There is a Stripes and Denny’s close by…they are literally less than a minute away which are both open all night. It’s my go to when I need a home away from home. High fives to Cisco LoneStar Inn.
I was surprised at how nice the room was! Im very particular on where we stay. But this weekend all hotels and AirBNBs were sole out in Abilene. This inn was clean, a/c was cold, and the beds were comfortable. I expected to itch a bit with possible bed bug but DID NOT. The only thing I would ask they improve on are the pillows. Other than that, very pleased! No carpet either which is always nice!
This is truly one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at ever at since I've been in west Texas i was extremely impressed by how clean it was and just the asthetics of the place was astounding and the on top of everything the owners are very great people who will go out of their way to give you the best experience while you stay....my go to place anytime I'm staying in the area if I can't stay there I won't stay in Cisco
A little gem in the west. Do not let the age and era from which the place was erected fool you. The family owners have done a great job in remodeling and restoring this relic. The exterior curb appeal may be lacking, but the money has been applied to all the right areas. The bedding, mattresses, floors, paint, decor, fixtures, a/c, plumbing, cleanliness, and hospitality are excellent. I met Nikki, her husband, and a couple of other family members and they were all very sincere and polite. I have stayed here twice (January '23 and June '24). I will continue to be a repeat customer when I pass through and need an overnight stay. Thank y'all. Great job! Until next time, take care. P.S. Suggestion: Work on the curb appeal with flowers, shrubs, vegetation, decoration. Become that oasis in the west.
Rooms are a good size & they ensure to check cleanliness daily. Fresh towels & empty trash cans as needed. The staff are hard working , friendly & the lady who works front desk is definitely the most kind of hotel management I’ve ever had the pleasure of talking to. The location is convenient , safe , & tends to be pretty quiet. Guests take all the kindness of the staff in and also tend to be very kind to each other during stays. The pricing is in a fair range & can’t be beat by locations around. I travel for work & this has been my absolute hotel of choice to return to every time. A special thanks to everyone who works & runs this establishment. You go above & beyond!
Best little hotel I've stayed at in a long time. My room was beautiful and comfortable and clean. The tv was huge with tons of channel options. The owners were some of the nicest people I have ever met. I'd stay again in heartbeat.
